European Symposium on Occultation Projects

You are invited to attend the 29th European Symposium on Occultation Projects to be held in York, England.ESOP is an annual Symposium held at a different European venue each year and is a forum for advanced amateur, semi-professional and professional astronomers specialising in occultation work. The Symposium language is English.
The beautiful ancient city of York was founded almost 2,000 years ago. It is dominated by its world famous Gothic cathedral 'York Minster' and there is always a throng of tourists exploring the historic streets and alleyways, or perhaps walking along the ancient city walls.
The symposium will take place at the University of York's campus at Heslington, about 15 minutes from the city centre.
